Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Quality Control Manager to join our site-based Construction Supervision team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh.\nThe project comprises the design, enabling, and main works for a large-scale destination development featuring several iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. Delivered under a client governance framework with stringent programme, quality, safety, and sustainability requirements, the Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent, end-to-end supervision and management, ensuring that all works are completed, integrated, tested, commissioned, and handed over to support both successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nQuality Systems Development and Oversight:Provide support using the Parsons Quality Management System for process optimization, procedure development, data collection, reporting, and training.\nInterface with senior and executive levels to drive quality process improvement and re-engineering.\nEstablish project/program quality systems, audit schedules, and facilitate corrective actions.\nPerform independent audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC programs and analyze findings to identify trends.\n\nCorporate Quality Governance:Support the development and maintenance of corporate quality governance systems.\nPromote uniform corrective action/preventive action and non-conformance tracking programs.\n\nCollaboration and Statistical Analysis:Collaborate with management on quality activities and interfaces.\nPerform statistical process control and provide technical guidance to junior quality personnel.\nHandle qualification audits of suppliers and coordinate efforts to maintain Parsons quality-related certifications.\n\nDocumentation and Compliance:Prepare project/program quality manuals, plans, and procedures.\nVerify compliance with Parsons and customer quality requirements, industry codes, standards, and regulatory commitments.\nReview and approve documents such as quality manuals, technical deliverables, test plans, purchase orders, and subcontracts.\n\nOther Responsibilities:Perform other duties as required to support quality management initiatives.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Business, Quality, or related field (or equivalent work experience).\n20+ years of experience in quality or related fields.\n5+ years in a supervisory, management, or lead capacity.\nCertified ISO-9000 Lead Auditor\nASQ Certified Quality Engineer\nSupervision Received: Senior Manager or Director in Quality; Project Manager.\nSupervision Given: Quality Personnel.\nInternal Contacts: Employees across projects and corporate functions.\nExternal Contacts: Customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
