In this role you will integrates the various engineering, scope, budget, scheduling, procurement, construction, and start-up aspects of a small project. May manage a subtask of a larger project or study in accordance with contractual obligations. Responsible for the technical excellence of the engineering functions of the project including coordination of technical disciplines, procurement of materials and equipment, and construction planning assistance. Relocation to the project site may be required during construction and start-up activities.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nReporting & Dashboard Development\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI.\nAutomate recurring project controls reports and performance metrics.\nProduce executive-level reports highlighting project status.\nDevelop standardized KPIs for program and portfolio reporting.\nSchedule & Cost Analytics\nAnalyze progress trends.\nSupport earned value management (EVM) reporting and analysis.\nProvide forecasting support.\nBusiness Intelligence & Decision Support\nTransform complex datasets into actionable insights for project leadership.\nIdentify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas.\nProcess Improvement & Automation\nDevelop automated data extraction, transformation, and reporting solutions.\nUtilize technology (Python and SQL) to streamline data processing and reporting workflows.\nImprove reporting efficiency through digital tools and innovative analytical techniques.\nSupport digital transformation initiatives within Project Controls.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.\n3-7 years of experience in project controls, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related discipline.\nExperience supporting large-scale construction, infrastructure, engineering, or capital projects is preferred.\nExperience developing Power BI dashboards and managing project performance reporting.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nTools & Systems\nPower BI\nMicrosoft Excel\nPrimavera P6\nMicrosoft Project\nSQL\nPython\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
