Don’t miss your chance to join this dynamic program-apply now, as intern classes fill up fast!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDeveloping creative and innovative solutions for complex roadway and civil engineering challenges, selecting the most efficient and economical methods to achieve project objectives.\n\nEnsuring designs comply with Federal, State, and local agency requirements, as well as industry standards and best practices.\n\nPreparing specifications, cost estimates, quantity calculations, technical reports, and detailed engineering analyses.\n\nReviewing supplier drawing submittals and performing technical bid analyses.\n\nAssisting in the preparation and issuance of specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.\n\nContributing to intermediate to large-scale projects as part of a project team or as a design engineer.\n\nWhat Required Qualifications You'll Bring:\nEnrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least two years of coursework completed.\n\nPrior coursework in transportation, roadway, or structural engineering.\n\nStrong interest and ability to work on multiple road and highway projects simultaneously.\n\nProficiency in MS Office tools and fundamental knowledge of CAD software (MicroStation preferred).\n\nFamiliarity with industry standards and applicable engineering software.\n\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\n\nWhat Preferred Qualifications You'll Bring:\nEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.\n\nPrior internship experience in civil or roadway engineering.\n\nWhy Parsons?\nJoin a top-tier firm in the civil engineering space and gain hands-on experience working on impactful projects.
