Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nIf you’re looking to take your career to the next level and to be a part of an amazing team and company, Parsons is now hiring for a Senior Bridge Engineer to join our North Carolina team to support our rapidly expanding portfolio of major area projects!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nPerform conventional and moderately complex bridge engineering tasks and particularly important engineering work efficiently and accurately.\nMay be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a lead engineer for a specific discipline on a small to intermediate-size project.\nProvides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level Engineers working on the same project.\nCommitment to quality and continuous improvement through innovation, creative thinking and improved results.\nEstablish and maintain cooperative and productive relationships with all employees, clients and other stakeholders. \nWhat Qualifications You'll Bring:\n8 years or more of related work experience with bridge engineering design\nBS in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis is required\nMS in Structural Engineering is desirable \nPE licensure is highly preferred\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nProficient knowledge of MS Office and Microstation or AutoCAD\nComprehensive knowledge of industry standard and specialty bridge design and analysis software\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
