Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Contract Manager to join our team!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nOversee the administration of complex client, consultant, supplier, and subcontractor agreements throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, conditions, and deliverables by all parties.\nManage contract interpretation and provide guidance to project teams on contractual rights and responsibilities.\nMaintain accurate contract records, correspondence, notices, and documentation.\nIdentify contractual risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies to protect organizational interests.\nProvide proactive commercial and contractual advice to project teams and senior management.\nReview project performance against contractual requirements and recommend corrective actions where necessary.\nEnsure proper management of contractual liabilities and exposure.\nLead the preparation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of contractual claims and change orders.\nManage extension of time (EOT) submissions, variation requests, compensation events, and commercial entitlements.\nSupport project teams in the development of substantiated claims and defense against claims from third parties.\nEnsure all contractual notices are submitted in accordance with contract requirements.\nLead contract negotiations with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.\nReview and negotiate commercial terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the organization.\nSupport procurement and tendering activities by reviewing bid documents, RFPs, and contractual requirements.\nParticipate in contract award recommendations and post-award contract finalization.\nSupport the resolution of contractual disputes through negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration, or other agreed mechanisms.\nCollaborate with legal teams to prepare documentation related to disputes and claims.\nMonitor compliance with contractual provisions and recommend actions to address non-compliance.\nEnsure adherence to company policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulations.\nWork closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, and Commercial Managers to provide contractual guidance throughout project execution.\nReview project deliverables and commercial performance to ensure contractual compliance.\nSupport cost control initiatives by assessing contractual impacts and opportunities.\nProvide strategic recommendations to improve project profitability and minimize contractual exposure.\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.\nParticipate in commercial and contractual meetings with external and internal parties.\nPrepare and present contractual status reports, risk assessments, and commercial updates to senior management.\nAct as the primary contractual point of contact for assigned projects and programs.\nLead and mentor contract administrators, quantity surveyors, and commercial team members.\nProvide training and guidance on contract management best practices and contractual awareness.\nSupport the professional development of team members through coaching and performance management.\nFoster a culture of commercial excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nDevelop and implement contract management procedures, templates, and best practices.\nEstablish systems for monitoring contractual obligations, deliverables, and key milestones.\nPromote continuous improvement in commercial and contract management processes.\nEnsure lessons learned are captured and incorporated into future projects and contracts.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\n Master's degree in Construction Law, Commercial Management, Business Administration (MBA), or related field is preferred.\nMinimum 15 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, procurement, or construction administration roles.\nProven experience managing major infrastructure, aviation, transportation, construction, engineering, or program management contracts.\nExtensive experience administering contracts under FIDIC, NEC, or other internationally recognized contract forms.\nDemonstrated success in claims management, change management, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution.\nExperience working with government entities, developers, PMC organizations, or major contractors is highly desirable.\nStrong knowledge of contract law, commercial principles, procurement strategies, and contract administration practices.\nComprehensive understanding of FIDIC contract conditions and international contracting standards.\nStrong experience in claims preparation, variation assessment, and extension of time evaluations.\nExcellent negotiation, commercial analysis, and dispute management skills.\nAbility to identify contractual risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.\nStrong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to assess contractual impacts on project performance.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, contract management systems, and project controls tools.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nMembership in professional organizations such as MRICS, MCIArb, CCM, or equivalent.\nProfessional certifications in Contract Management, Commercial Management, or Construction Law.\nExperience working on large-scale airport, aviation, transportation, or giga-project developments.\nStrong understanding of dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution techniques.\nKnowledge of Saudi Arabian construction and procurement regulations.\nExperience managing multinational project teams and stakeholders.\nAbility to influence senior leadership and negotiate favorable commercial
