In this role you will get to manage software assets and procurement, renewals, contracts, vendor updates, and workflows.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nCreate and track requests for new and existing software/subscriptions including monitoring approvals and procurement processes.\nManage upcoming renewals and contract dates and act as the procurement point of contact for engineering software and technical library vendors.\nAnalyze purchasing requisitions for accuracy and prepare contracts for legal review.\nCreate new vendor and vendor update requests.\nAssist in vendor negotiations.\nAssist with budget management.\nProvide asset management and procurement support to the Engineering Systems team.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nProven experience in procurement, contract management, and vendor negotiations.\nProficiency in asset management and procurement software platforms.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics (or related field).\nIn leu of degree we would consider someone with 6+ years of related work experience is required.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProficiency in Asset Manager, SAP Ariba, PRISM, Salesforce, and other relevant platforms.\nExperience in managing software procurement and renewals\nKnowledge of software licensing workflows and implementation.\nAbility to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Corporate team.For over 80 years, Parsons Corporation, has shaped the future of the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets.
