In this hands-on program-level role, you will be responsible for the development, integrity, and continuous improvement of PMO reporting across the Roads Program.\nThe role supports senior PMO leadership by transforming complex schedule, progress, cost, and change data into concise, accurate, and decision-ready reports. Reports to the Program Controls Director.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nWork in close coordination with the PMO PRC Sr. Reporting Manager.\nLead the preparation, coordination, and continuous enhancement of the PMO Weekly Progress Report.\nDevelop new reporting products and dashboards from scratch where required to meet Client or PMO needs.\nEnsure reports are concise, accurate, internally consistent, and aligned with the department’s governance framework.\nConsolidate inputs received from PMCMs and PMO managers across planning, progress, cost, and change.\nVerify internal consistency of reported data before inclusion in PMO-issued reports, ensuring alignment with the Integrated Master Schedule.\nProtect the integrity of PMO reporting under tight timelines and ad-hoc demands.\nAbility to translate raw technical data into material suitable for senior Client consumption.\nProactively manage PMCM reporting interfaces to ensure timely, complete, and usable inputs.\nCoordinate closely with PMO discipline managers to clarify assumptions and reporting narratives.\nChallenge unclear, inconsistent, or low-quality inputs in line with governance expectations (without commercial approval authority).\nRespond rapidly to ad-hoc Client and PMO reporting requests.\nProduce short-notice executive summaries and analysis under pressure.\nUnderstand reporting from the reader’s point of view,\nAbility to present to senior Client and PMO management audience.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineer with at least 10 years experience\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nPlanner or senior planner background (Project / Program level)\n\nDemonstrated experience producing senior-level PMO / PMC reports\n\nExpert-level in Primavera P6, MS Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint\n\nExceptional attention to detail and internal consistency\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\n\nConfident dealing with PMCMs and senior PMO stakeholders\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
