Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nSenior Project Manager (Infrastructure Design)\nAbu Dhabi, UAE\nParsons is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Manager to join out team. In this role, you will lead the design delivery of multidiscipline infrastructure projects, driving construction execution, client and stakeholder engagement, commercial performance, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful outcomes safely, on time, and within budget.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead the successful delivery of major infrastructure construction works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and contractual requirements.\nPlan, direct, and control all business, technical, commercial, fiscal, and administrative functions of the assigned infrastructure project.\nEstablish and oversee implementation of project execution, health and safety, quality, environmental, and risk management plans.\nManage multidisciplinary project teams, allocating responsibilities and mobilizing resources to achieve project objectives.\nAct as the primary client interface, managing stakeholder relationships, negotiating scope changes, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.\nLead project planning and controls, including budgets, schedules, risk management, change management, and recovery strategies to address project challenges.\nOversee contractor performance, construction supervision, contract administration, and coordination with consultants, utility authorities, and government stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and company quality management systems while promoting technical and commercial excellence.\n Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for project personnel to develop high-performing teams.\nSupport business development by identifying opportunities for additional services and maintaining strong client relationships.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.\nMinimum of 15-20 years experience in design and construction of infrastructure project delivery with some experience within the UAE/GCC.\nExtensive experience managing multidisciplinary infrastructure projects from construction through handover.\nStrong understanding of design delivery of infrastructure delivery, including roads, utilities, drainage, master planning, public realm, and associated civil works.\nThorough knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, and project controls.\nProven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams in a project management capacity.\nStrong understanding of current digital construction technologies and their effective application on infrastructure projects.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nStrong knowledge of contracts, contract administration, project controls, construction management systems, and infrastructure delivery best practices.\nExperience coordinating with government agencies, municipalities, and utility providers throughout the construction lifecycle.\nProfessional certification such as PMP, PgMP.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
