In this role, you will lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Construction & Project Managers and report to the Project Director. You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of multiple projects through all stages, including Design, Construction, and the Defects Liability Period.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers, and report to the Project Director.\nManage the delivery of road and bridge projects, ensuring that any issues impacting cost, time, and quality are resolved efficiently.\nSupervise Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers to ensure project milestones are met.\nAttend meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and other relevant stakeholders.\nReview technical, commercial, and planning contractor submittals and provide your approval or endorsement accordingly.\nProvide innovative solutions to project issues that may affect cost, time, and quality.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nMinimum of 20 years of experience in relevant works, specifically in Building projects.\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nExtensive knowledge of Project Management principles.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProactive and problem-solving approach.\nExcellent writing and presentation skills.\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.\nWe truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
