Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nSenior Reporting and Data Analysis Engineer\nAbu Dhabi, UAE\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Reporting and Data Analysis Engineer to join our PMC team supporting a major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDevelop, maintain, and standardize PMC reports, dashboards, and KPIs.\n\nConsolidate project data into clear portfolio-level reports and executive summaries.\n\nPrepare regular (e.g., weekly, monthly/quarterly) performance and status reports, plus ad-hoc analyses.\n\nEnsure alignment of reporting with project controls processes (schedule, cost, risk, change).\n\nCoordinate with project controls team to ensure integrated, consistent data.\n\nManage and enhance reporting tools and systems.\n\nDevelop and improve automated data models and dashboards to reduce manual effort.\n\nDefine and enforce data quality standards, including validation, completeness, and timeliness.\n\nAct as the focal point for PMC reporting, communicating key trends, risks, and issues to leadership.\n\nTrain and support project teams on reporting standards, tools, and best practices.\n\nDrive continuous improvement in reporting processes, cycle time, and insight quality.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or construction management, from a recognized institution.\n\nMinimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in relevant infrastructure projects.\n\nPower BI expert with strong capability in dashboard development and analytics.\n\nFamiliarity with cost management/ERP systems and Earned Value Management.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a client-facing environment.\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nStrong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.\n\nPrior Experience with DMT/TAQA will be advantage.\n\nOrganized, proactive, and able to work under time pressure.\n\nCollaborative with good stakeholder management and teamwork skills.\n\nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
