Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for a cleared and talented Senior Technical Director to join our growing team!\nIn this role you will get to support key activities in defense of emerging threats in the cybersecurity domain. You will work as part of a team that analyzes data and develops and tailors capabilities with the goal to prevent and eradicate threats to critical U.S. systems.\n What You'll Be Doing:\nShape technical strategy and lead the technical execution of program engineering and deployment of advanced solutions (including AI/ML) for cybersecurity program.\nPresent technical findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations to mission leadership and technical stakeholders.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical milestones, ensuring alignment with longer term mission objectives.\nIdentify emerging solutions, services, and best practices to keep the team at the forefront of innovation.\nCollaborate with mission leadership and technical points of contact to ensure transparency and alignment of program execution with government requirements.\nEnsure delivery of timely and accurate solutions that support mission outcomes.\nServe as the primary escalation point for technical issues and support mitigation of risks by proactively keeping mission stakeholders apprised of risks on the critical path of deliverables.\nTranslate mission customer qualitative analysis process and goals into quantitative formulations that are coded into software prototypes.\nOversee the development and implementation of statistical and machine learning techniques to create descriptive and predictive analytics.\nEvaluate and validate the performance of analytics using standard techniques and metrics and oversee development of individual analytic efforts guiding them toward solutions that can scale to large datasets.\nMentor team of engineers to help them grow professionally.\nStay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and technology, driving their adoption as appropriate across the team.\nEstablish and maintain partnerships with industry leaders to foster program innovation for the mission customer.\nSupport program staffing by joining interviews with potential candidates ensuring proper feedback loop.\nSupport organic growth for the program with the delivery of white papers.\nSupport the growth of the Parsons NSO directorate with business development activities.\n What Required Skills You'll Bring:\nActive TS SCI w/Polygraph security clearance\nBachelor degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree\n10+ years experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience\nExperience leading teams.\nExperience working with analyst teams including conducting data analysis and creating data visualizations. \nAdvanced presentation skills\nSuperb oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills\nAbility to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail while making decisive decisions\nTechnical thought leadership and problem-solving skills\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience working within the Intelligence Community.\nExperience designing/implementing machine learning, data mining, advanced analytical algorithms, advanced statistical analysis, artificial intelligence, or software engineering with data analysis software (R, Python, SAS, MATLAB).\nExperience with Python/Jupyter Notebooks, SQL and relational databases, ElasticSearch/Kibana/OpenSearch. \nSecurity Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
