Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nSenior Technical Engineer\nAbu Dhabi, UAE\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Technical Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to complete a wide variety of difficult engineering assignments, applying engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n Review IFC, shop drawings, and coordination drawings for compliance with specs, codes, and employer’s requirements.\n Coordinate technical queries and design clarifications with the design consultant; ensure timely, traceable closure.\nConduct constructability and maintainability reviews; identify design gaps and interface risks· \n Review and comment and recommend materials, method statements, temporary works, ITPs, mock-ups, and samples for approval.\nTrack and validate NOCs/permits/authority approvals; ensure contractor adherence to authority comments and conditions· \nLead technical site supervision oversight and independent inspections; verify compliance before consultant/authority sign-offs. \nDirect root-cause analysis and closure of NCRs/SORs; verify FAT/SAT and performance tests.\nEnsure survey controls, as-builts accuracy, and builder’s work coordination.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a \nMinimum 15 years of technical engineering experience, with at least 5-8 years in the UAE and strong Abu Dhabi authority exposure.\nProven Consultant experience on mixed-use/commercial and infrastructure/landscape programs.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication; excellent technical writing and review skills.\nEnglish fluency required; Arabic an advantage.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExcellent Leadership capability\nstrong analytical and problem solving\nDecision Making\nTeam work originated \nParsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
