Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for a talented Site Support Engineer to join our growing team!\nIn this role, you will help shape and support a dynamic government-off-the-shelf (GOTS) solution that delivers powerful capabilities to end users across the NASIC enterprise. This position is located in Washington DC at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nProvide on-site daily support for a GOTS solution at NASIC.\nTravel as needed to provide remote training and support to customer sites across the National Capitol Region.\nServe as a site advocate for Parsons’ solutions and capabilities.\nTrain users in proper use of the solution and best practices.\nManage user and group accounts within the software.\nCollect and document requirements from current and potential user communities.\nAdvise on and recommend updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) to maximize solution value and mission impact.\nCompile, consolidate, and organize data and information into clear, accurate reports.\nResponsible for interfacing with multiple stakeholders to assess and understand the requirements to ensure that user stories are consistent and applicable across all products. Is responsible for overseeing functional and non-functional requirements for multiple products within the project team.\nTest new software releases and assist with frequent solution deployments in a fast-paced environment.\nReconcile conflicts; decompose high-level information into the appropriate level of detail for team members; and participate in peer reviews of requirements documentation.\nOverseeing functional and non-functional requirements for multiple products within the project team\nPerform system administration tasks under the direction of senior technical staff.\nMaintain imports of customer identified vendor data sets and ensure updated and accurate search indexes.\nInterfacing with multiple stakeholders to assess and understand the requirements to ensure that user stories are consistent and applicable across all products\nUnderstand NASIC mission needs and identify how Parsons’ solutions support and enable those requirements.\nAttend meetings with current and prospective users to gather feedback, present capabilities, and build strong relationships.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\n Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance.\nBachelor's Degree, with additional years of experience able to count in lieu of a degree\n2+ years of experience, with additional education, training, and certifications able to count towards total years of experience\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n Security+ certification (Can be acquired post hire but will be required for onsite activities).\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience working with the Civil and Military Aviation systems.\nExperience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.\nDemonstrated flexibility and adaptability to evolving customer requirements.\nMotivation and ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes.\nWillingness to learn AI concepts and assist customers with integration decisions.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
