Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for an amazingly talentedSOF CBRN Instructor to join our team!\nIn this role you will get to work with US Government Client and European and NATO partner nations on helping deter weapons of mass destruction and provide skills to military and law enforcement agencies.\nThis is a casual role required to run 2-3 international trainings a year 1-2 weeks in length.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDeveloping instructional materials and conduct training/exercise sessions for new and emerging partner countries/agencies \nEstablish strong working relationships host and participant countries to ensure seamless integration of expertise\nInstructor will work with Parsons and government client team to develop and enhance training materials within the scope of the project\nInstructor will report to and work closely with Parsons Management Team, to include the Project Manager, Training Manager, and Operations Manager. \nInstructor will conduct training on the following topics: CWMD, CBRN, Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE), and SOF-focused CBRN training\nInstructor may also help units enhance their CBRN curriculum development, serving as a SME to help test ideas and develop courses for internal use. \nInstructor will travel to Poland and other countries within the E2P3 scope of work to include the Baltics, Czechia, and Slovakia \nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree\n15 years of experience to include work with CBRN, and SSE\nExtensive teaching experience on topics related to CBRN and Sensitive Site Exploitation\nExtensive experience working with both civilian agencies, law enforcement agencies, and Special Forces units\nExperience providing instruction, developing and enhancing training materials, developing practical exercises, and helping with curriculum development \nPrior Special Forces Operational Experience\nMust have active US passport\nMust be able to travel 20% of the year \nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience working with European countries and NATO allies and their respective SOF and law enforcement agencies\nSecurity Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
