In this role, you will collaborate with all levels of leadership and work directly with both internal and external customers. You will play a key part in implementing and supporting Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) solutions, contributing to mission-critical projects that make a real impact.\n What You'll Be Doing:\nSupport program and project implementation, making significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain innovative, robust, and efficient software solutions.\n\nInvestigate and resolve software defects, ensuring high-quality systems.\n\nOversee and ensure the quality of test activities during product releases.\n\nEngage with customers to build strong relationships and understand their needs.\n\nOperate software in support of large force exercises and real-world missions.\n\nTest and document new and existing software systems and applications.\n\nCollaborate with customers, engineers, and users to gather and refine requirements.\n\nProactively advocate for improvements within the organization, your team, and yourself.\n\nTravel up to 25% (or as needed) to support projects and customer engagements.\n\nRequired Clearance:\nMust be a U.S. citizen.\n\nMust have an active Secret clearance.\n\n What Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in a software technical role within the Military, Department of Defense (DoD), or as a DoD Contractor.\n\nProficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python).\n\nExperience with AGILE software development methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA, GitHub).\n\nUnderstanding of military aircraft, vehicles, sensors, radars, weapon systems, and electronic systems.\n\nBasic knowledge of electronic warfare concepts.\n\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve software production issues.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.\n\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience with the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, testing, integration, build, deployment, and continuous monitoring.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nExperience with simulation environments and GIS tools such as STK, SimDIS, Vega Prime, Cesium, Flight Simulations, FalconView, JMPS, IMOM, ANGEL, MACE, ArcGIS, NGTS, OneSAF, JSAF, MEERKAT, AEAWorldView, and CaperX.\n\nFamiliarity with DTED and other terrain modeling data formats.\n\nKnowledge of DAFIF, NAVAIDs, AIS, Link-16, IBS, and other tracking, position, and navigational formats.\n\nExperience with EWIR, EWDS, MIDB, or other relevant intelligence databases.\n\nUnderstanding of distributed simulation models such as DIS, TENA, or HLA.\n\nFoundational knowledge of EW, Electronic Attack (EA), and related platforms and capabilities.\n\nKnowledge of military radar, jammer, and weapon technologies, or a strong desire to learn.\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Secret security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
