Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job Description:\nParsons is looking for amazingly talented Software Engineers at a variety of levels to join our team!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nAdding new features and capabilities to Parsons DroneArmor CUAS C2 Software product line.\n\nIntegrating new CUAS sensors and effectors with the DroneArmor CUAS C2 software.\nAPI Familiarity: Work with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), ICDs, etc to ensure seamless integration and functionality.\n\nLeveraging internally developed, CUAS specific AI/ML capabilities to\n\nDiagnosing and developing technical solutions related to software issues discovered during internal testing or by customers using deployed systems.\n\nDevelop and code interface messaging software components to facilitate communication between systems.\n\nSupporting the demonstration of Parsons CUAS capabilities that you have helped to develop.\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required.\nJunior - 2+ years experience or 6+ years experience in lieu of degree\n\nJourneyman - 5+ years experience or 11+ years experience in lieu of degree\n\nSenior - 8+ years experience or 14+ years experience in lieu of degree\n\nLead - Masters and 10+ years experience or 16+ years experience in lieu of degree\n\nUS citizenship is a requirement for position consideration\n\nMust have an active Secret security clearance or be eligible to obtain one.\n\nExpertise with Java software development.\n\nProficiency in developing and implementing custom software algorithms and applications.\n\nFamiliarity with COTS and GOTS software applications.\n\nExperience with Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).\n\nProficiency in coding interface messaging software components.\n\nExperience in designing, testing, debugging and documenting software.\n\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nSenior/Lead Level: Experience interfacing with customers and collaborating on requirements development and test planning\n\nExperience working with hardware\n\nUS Citizenship\n\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience with Atlassian Products & GIT\n\nExperience with Docker, Swing, React\n\nExpertise in with AI/ML algorithm development and training.\n\nFamiliarity with one or more of the following disciplines: CUAS, Electronic Warfare(EW), Command & Control (C2), Radars, EOIR/Cameras and/or Communications Electronics.\n\nExperience working with or developing Geospatial Systems and processing/transforming geospatial data.\n\nAbility to mentor peers and share knowledge effectively.\n\nWillingness to travel occasionally to customer sites\n\nSpecific to AI/ML roles within the CUAS group:\nLanguages: Python (Expert), C++ (Intermediate/Advanced)\n\nPython (Expert), C++ (Intermediate/Advanced)\n\nTools: Docker, Git, CMake, Confluence, JIRA.
