In this role you will get to work on designing and automating the configuration of public cloud environments such as Azure and AWS and also incorporating AI automation workflows.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nIdentifies and resolves problems related to public cloud infrastructure in a timely manner and analyzes information skillfully.\nDevelop Infrastructure as Code to build and maintain public cloud environments.\nUpdate and maintain git repositories\nFocuses on solving technical problems in a fast-paced environment\nContributes to the development of strategies, policies, and best practices through participation in team meetings and other direct contributions.\nProvides technical guidance and end user training.\nInitiates professionalism, excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.\nWorks independently as well as in a cooperative team environment.\nDemonstrates fast and independent learning capabilities.\nSome travel to offices in other regions may be required (10%).\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience\n4+ years of experience and knowledge of public cloud (Azure and AWS)\nAbility to automate with Infrastructure as Code using a variety of technology types (ARM, CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Python, PowerShell)\nCross-functional IT expertise (storage, network and database infrastructure)\nStrong experience with both Windows and Linux servers\nExperience leveraging automation platforms and AI-assisted tooling (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, AIOps/ML-driven monitoring tools) to streamline cloud operations and reduce manual effort.\nExperience with knowledge of public cloud networking architecture used with Azure (vNet, load balancers, Virtual WAN, VPN, Express Route) and AWS (VPC, load balancers, transit gateway, VPN, Direct Connect)\nExperience with knowledge of public cloud identity and access management methods\nExcellent documentation, intercommunication, and interpersonal skills\nAdvanced organizational and time management skills\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nGood Understanding and implementation of ITIL concepts\nAtlassian tool suite (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, etc.)\nArtifact binary repository management\nExtensive scripting experience (Bash, Ansible, Python, Groovy, Powershell, etc.)\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\nKnowledge of configuration file types (YAML, JSON)\nExperience with AI assisted tooling\nFamiliar with DevOps practices\nHave a strong sense of networking in public cloud\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Corporate team.For over 80 years, Parsons Corporation, has shaped the future of the defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure markets.
