We are currently seeking a motivated individual to serve as a Senior Subcontract Administrator for our Defense market supporting cradle to grave procurement actions. Help us ensure that the subcontractors we work with live up to our industry leading reputation!\nResponsibilities:\nPrepares Request for Proposal packages and verifies accuracy and compliance our policies. Interfaces with internal stakeholders to clarify and ensure that all necessary data has been included.\n\nReceives subcontractors' responses to requests for proposals, determines each subcontractor's ability to meet Company and project requirements, and negotiates the terms and conditions. Prepares and issues subcontracts commensurate with delegated procurement authority.\n\nPrepares subcontract documents and modifications including identification and inclusion of appropriate flow-down requirements from the prime contract.\n\nPrepares reports and contractual correspondence for project management and client. Establishes and maintains accurate tracking records tailored to each subcontract.\n\nMaintains and updates compliant and accurate procurement files.\n\nPerforms subcontract closeout actions and completes file documentation.\n\nMay provide technical guidance to junior level Subcontract Administrators. May make assignments and review completed work.\n\nServes as liaison between subcontractor and program/project personnel.\n\nPerforms other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.\n\nQualifications:\n5+ years of procurement experience\n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related field)\n\nOverall understanding of procurement principles and concepts, including, but not limited to, solicitation of proposals, proposal analysis, award and administration of subcontracts, and closeout procedures associated with cradle to grave procurement responsibilities\n\nExperience in Labor hour subcontracts required.\n\nMust be able to create cost and price analysis justifications to support subcontract awards\n\nMust be able to provide market research to support source selection of subcontract awards\n\nMust be able to adapt to and be a positive agent for change\n\nAbility to communicate effectively with internal and external customers\n\nStrong organizational and workflow skills required\n\nPrior experience with Cost Point Procurement and Subcontract is a plus\n\nCPSR experience a plus\n\nUS Person\n\nIf you’re looking for a supportive environment, you’ve found it.\nOur commitment to supporting our employees is organization wide.
