You'll interact with and assist customers from various parts of USCYBERCOM. Imagine Next with Parsons!\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nConfigure and support virtual environments including AWS and VMware\nMaintain various operating systems in a variety of users and activities\nApply cybersecurity knowledge to configure IT equipment to proper security standards\nInstall, troubleshoot, and manage applications, systems, and networks\nTest systems and resolve security vulnerabilities\nParticipate in the government's Risk Management Framework (RMF) to maintain system accreditation\nMonitor product performance, conduct capacity planning, and fine-tune system performance\nRespond promptly to emergencies, troubleshoot faults, and implement improvements\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\n Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in related discipline \n5+ years of relevant experience; additional experience and niche capabilities may be considered in lieu of degree\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nActive DOD 8570 IAT Level 2 Certification (or higher)\nStrong system troubleshooting and debugging skills\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience with designing, managing and deploying AWS services, including but not limited to EC2 (including Security Groups and Load Balancers), S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch while utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools\nExperience using the AWS CLI, PowerShell, and/or Python, to identify and resolve issues in an AWS environment\nExperience building systems from the ground up - network architecture/systems engineering\nAWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) 2012/2016 or related certifications\n Exposure to STIGs/IAVA\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
