In this role you will get to serve in a leadership role and as a technical advisor on a large, complex Electronic Warfare (EW) program that provides specialized expertise in counter unmanned aerial systems (cUAS) to a sensitive sponsor.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nProviding daily management, leadership, direction, and oversight to a team of technical officers supporting a large complex EW program at a sensitive facility. This will include:performance management to address less than satisfactory performance.\nproviding constructive tactful performance related feedback, mentoring, coaching, and guidance to address and improve team/individual performance.\nworking closely with both Sponsor and company leadership to address performance issues of team members by appropriately documenting and counseling when needed.\n\nProviding technical expertise and guidance in EW and cUAS to the team and to the Sponsor in support of program/business objectives.\nSolving a variety of program/business problems with up-to-date advanced technical solutions.\nWorking closely with Sponsor leadership and company management to assist in delivering professional technical services directly related to EW programs and more specifically, cUAS initiatives.\nStaying abreast of technology changes/upgrades/advancements/trends from both commercial and government sources; will assist in the implementation of those changes into the program.\nEstablishing and strengthening professional relationships with Sponsor personnel and other stakeholders to further the program and positively impact team performance.\nDirecting/performing hands-on technical duties with your team especially during testing and implementation activities.\nActing as the Program Manager in his/her absence from the workplace.\nProviding informal recruitment support to keep the team fully staff with qualified officers.\nProviding other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nMust possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field and have a minimum of 10 years experience providing technical guidance/advice/direction. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, must have a minimum of 15 years experience providing technical guidance/advice/direction.\nMust have a minimum of five years supervisory/leadership experience.\nMust have familiarity/knowledge of EW programs and/or cUAS platforms.\nMust possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\nMust have demonstrated problem solving, judgment, and decision making skills.\nMust have experience in briefing preparation, presentation, and delivery of verbal and visual reports to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nMust have some level of experience working with sensitive organizations in classified facilities.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience working with military special operations on technical programs.\nExperience in foreign field operations to include austere, hostile locations.\nKnowledge/familiarity with R/F concepts/principles, long range camera systems, fiber optics, ethernet and microwave systems for content delivery and control.\nKnowledge/familiarity with testing, evaluation, fielding, and sustainment of EW and/or cUAS programs.\nPMP (or equivalent) certification.\nSecurity Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
