The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all technical aspects of our water and wastewater projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nLead the technical team in the planning, design, and implementation of water and wastewater projects.\nProvide technical expertise and guidance on complex engineering problems related to water and wastewater conveyance systems.\nEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.\nPrepare and review technical reports, proposals, and project documentation.\nMentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.\nParticipate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.\nLead proposal efforts and contribute to proposal preparation, including technical approaches and presentations.\nCoordinate and facilitate approvals from regulating and commenting agencies.\nEnsure continuity of projects through design, tender, and construction phases.\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nProfessional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation required.\n10+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.\nStrong technical knowledge of water and wastewater conveyance systems, infrastructure design, construction, and regulatory requirements.\nProven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n What Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nProven experience with linear and vertical water projects\nExperience with various construction methods including trenchless technologies and micro tunneling\nThis position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.For more than 80 years, our experts have designed and delivered the critical infrastructure that connects and protects communities around the world.
