In this role you will get to you will collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers, and Intelligence Analysts supporting Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO). You will play a critical role in documenting end-to-end cyber vulnerability assessments of weapons and space systems, translating complex engineering and cybersecurity findings into clear, accurate, and actionable technical documentation.\nThis position supports the development, review, and maintenance of technical reports, engineering documentation, project artifacts, and mitigation recommendations that help protect critical mission systems against evolving cyber threats.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nTransforming complex engineering analyses and cybersecurity assessment results into high-quality, actionable technical products.\nCollaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nSupporting consistent documentation practices.\nImproving the delivery of assessment findings.\nEnable Government stakeholders to make informed decisions that strengthen the cybersecurity and resilience of critical mission systems\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field and at least four years of technical writing experience, or a high school diploma and at least six years of technical writing experience supporting Systems Engineering teams.\nActive TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.\nProficiency with the latest versions of Microsoft Office or equivalent productivity tools.\nDemonstrated ability to capture, organize, and maintain accurate project records, including meeting notes, technical discussions, project updates, and supporting documentation.\nExperience supporting Systems Engineering processes, engineering documentation, and project delivery lifecycles.\nAbility to analyze, synthesize, and translate complex technical and engineering information into clear, concise documentation for technical teams, project leadership, and Government stakeholders.\nExperience collaborating with engineering leads, project managers, and cross-functional teams to develop, review, edit, and maintain technical documentation.\nAbility to establish and maintain organized documentation repositories, version control practices, and historical project records to support traceability and information management.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting requirements definition, technical reviews, and collaborative working sessions.\nAbility to read, interpret, and incorporate information from Systems Engineering drawings, technical specifications, and related engineering artifacts.\nExperience entering, organizing, and maintaining technical studies, metadata, and other project information in relational databases.\nExperience publishing and maintaining web-based content using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) web-authoring tools and incorporating graphics into technical documents using standard software applications.\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nExperience developing, editing, and reviewing cybersecurity vulnerability assessment reports and technical mitigation recommendations.\nBackground in cybersecurity, cyber threat analysis, or Defensive Cyber Operations.\nExperience supporting documentation and engineering activities for complex weapons systems, space systems, or other mission-critical platforms.\nFamiliarity with Systems Engineering processes, cybersecurity assessments, and technical reporting for DoD or Intelligence Community customers.\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nAn active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
