The Training Manager is responsible for ensuring the project training curriculum is developed and training events are conducted on time in accordance with the project schedule. Works with the Government Action Officer and Senior Instructor to plan a training event. Ensures the Senior instructor has the team and resources needed to prepare training curriculum and execute the event. Develops and implements the continuous improvement process for the program.
