In this role you'll be challenged in a way that will keep you on the cutting edge of cyber development. Parsons works on top level cyber development projects for national defense programs - imagine the possibilities to make an impact.\nParsons is especially interested in candidates in Centreville, VA; Herndon, VA; Columbia, MD; Augusta, GA; or San Antonio, TX; but remote candidates will also be considered. Quarterly travel is expected.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDesign and develop innovative software code for new tools and capabilities in areas related to computer security, vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and product development\n\nDevelop and maintain low-level application and operating system projects related to software protection and host-based personal security tools\n\nReview system architecture, and select and implement appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance, as well as test and debug related software\n\nProvide our customers expertise to leverage their existing software and create new capabilities\n\nBe involved in quick reaction development with opportunities for customer interaction\n\nCollaborate with a team that is focused on developing superior products and encouraging the career growth of its members\n\nBe a customer focused self-starter, eager to learn as well as mentor and excel at collaborating in Agile teams\n\nWhat Required Skills You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field; additional experience may suffice in lieu of degree\n\nMinimum 8+ years Software Engineering experience\n\nC/C++ proficiency\n\nStrong Windows foundation/knowledge - minimum 5+ years of experience\n\nExperience with CNO Windows development in the form of tools/implant or exploit development.\n\nExperience with Windows VR/RE\n\nExperience with Windows APIs (win32, Windows Native)\n\nExperience with networking protocol analysis and socket programming on Windows\n\nFamiliarity with Git\n\nAbility to generate accurate documentation for developed software\n\nAbility to collaborate and communicate effectively with a remote team\n\nU.S. Citizenship is required with ability to obtain a TS/SCI\n\nWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:\nPython proficiency\n\nExperience supporting US Government CNO missions\n\nAssembly programming and analysis (of any major architecture)\n\nExperience working with debuggers and disassemblers\n\nStrong understanding of low-level operating system internals and drivers\n\nExperience with both kernel and userland debugging\n\nFamiliarity with modern development environments and practices including CI/CD\n\nActive TS/SCI\n\n Security Clearance Requirement:\nNoneThis position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
