Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer

Partake is a B2B fintech company providing an end-to-end lending platform as a service. Its core product, F-PaaS (Financing Platform as a Service), covers the entire lending lifecycle, from loan origination to loan management, and operates as a secure, multi-tenant cloud platform.

Partake serves a diverse client base, ranging from non-bank financial institutions to large banks, enabling them to establish and manage comprehensive financing services on a single platform. Through F-PaaS, clients can unlock new revenue streams and deliver end-to-end financial services to their customers from day one.

Responsibilities and main job tasks:

• Manage and evolve the platform deployments across multiple environments
• Own GitOps pipelines and Jenkins CI/CD automation
• Write and maintain Terraform and Ansible infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts
• Operate and extend the full observability stack
• Troubleshoot production incidents across the full stack — runtime, messaging, database
• Work closely with R&D to support development teams and translate application needs into infrastructure solutions

Requirements:

• Good understanding of DevOps principles and culture
• Linux terminal — fluent
• Terraform and Ansible at production scale
• Kubernetes — hands-on experience, good understanding of Helm charts
• Jenkins pipelines (Groovy experience is a plus)
• Multi-account AWS architecture
• Solid understanding of containerization and Docker file authoring
• Python or Bash scripting
• Experience operating JVM-based runtimes in production is a plus
