Our employees enjoy challenging projects in the development and manufacture of light scattering particle counters and diverse technologies and applications.\nThe Role\nWe are seeking an experienced Supply Chain, Warehouse & Procurement Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics modules within Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). This is a functional support role responsible for ensuring end users can effectively execute purchasing, receiving, inventory, and shipping processes through correct configuration and guidance. You will be the primary subject matter expert for all supply chain, warehouse, and procurement modules - including Factory Track operational flows - providing user support, system setup, and technical solution documentation.\nAbout Program Nexus: Program Nexus is Particle Measuring Systems’ company-wide business transformation program focused on simplifying processes, improving data quality, strengthening system integrations, and modernizing core business platforms. The program is designed to enable better decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the experience of both employees and customers.\nJob Responsibilities\nConfigure and maintain CSIE modules for Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Factory Track.\n\nProvide functional user support and troubleshooting for procurement, receiving, inventory, and shipping issues.\n\nInvestigate inventory accuracy, material movements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.\n\nCollaborate with Operations and Procurement to optimize procure-to-pay (P2P) and warehouse execution through system settings and workflows.\n\nMaintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end-user training materials and SOPs across the Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement domains.\n\nPartner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.\n\nManage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents.\n\nContinuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety\n\nThis job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Responsibilities may evolve over time, and other related duties may be assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the company.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.\n\n3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Supply Chain, Inventory, or Warehouse.\n\n5+ years ERP experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions.\n\nSolid understanding of procure-to-pay, inventory control, and multi-site material flows.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.\n\nExcellent cross-functional communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nRelevant Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (CSIE) or Infor LN certifications within Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, or Logistics functional areas\n\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\nPosition Information: This is a full-time, project-based position supporting Program Nexus. Employment is expected to continue for the duration of the program based on business needs. Continued employment beyond the completion of the project is not guaranteed. Particle Measuring Systems is an at-will employer.\n\nThis role primarily operates in an office/lab/manufacturing environment.
