Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Account Management (Top 15 Global OEMs) Own and manage the relationship with the Top 15 Global OEM accounts located in China on behalf of Particle Measuring Systems. Develop and execute long-term strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and PMS market share. Lead annual pricing negotiations with OEMs, establishing competitive yet profitable pricing frameworks that align with PMS global pricing policies. 2. Global FMS (Facility Monitoring System) Opportunity Management Quote and manage FMS opportunities initiated by OEMs for end customers located worldwide. Collaborate with PMS regional sales teams (Americas, EMEA, and APAC) to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive quotations for FMS solutions tied to OEM equipment sales. Coordinate with internal PMS proposal and engineering teams to define system scope, hardware/software configurations, and service packages for global FMS deployments. 3. Customer Satisfaction Management & Continuous Improvement Lead customer satisfaction management for the Top 15 OEM accounts, establishing formal feedback loops and performance metrics.
