Owning the full sales cycle, you will be responsible for the entire range of Particle Measuring Systems products and services in Ireland.\nWhat you will do:\nResearch and identify sales opportunities, generating leads, and target potential clients;\nMeet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them;\nPrepare quotations, technical submissions and solution designs where required.\nPresent and negotiate solutions to customers while delivering commercial value.\nDemonstrate portable equipment including air and liquid particle counters and active air samplers;\nOrganization of trade fairs and marketing activities;\nOrganization of customer visits;\nAttend conferences, exhibitions and other trade shows;\nAttend networking events;\nStay up to date with industry guidance and regulations, and any changes in these;\nMonitor competitor activity and developments;\nPrepare reporting as needed;\nUndertake additional tasks to ensure the growth of both PMS Ireland and the PMS global business (MarCom activity);\nKey Requirements:\nExcellent selling and negotiation skills, strong customer orientation, proactivity and attention to details.\nConfidence in public speaking and client-facing presentations, with a professional presence at conferences and industry events.\nAbility to translate technical understanding into commercial value propositions that align with customer needs.\nUnderstanding of cleanrooms and contamination control would be beneficial.\nExperience with Sales Force or other CRM systems.\nPossess the ability to work autonomously from a home-based office/ visiting customers (80%).\nBe a visionary and bring creativity and innovation to the team, improve performance and spur change.\nWe offer permanent contract with a competitive salary package in the range of €55,000 - €65,000 gross annual salary, based on experience and seniority, along with a diverse range of benefits designed to support our employees' physical and emotional well-being.\nJoin us and be yourself.
