We partner with some of the biggest manufacturing companies in the world and our technical innovations are used to enhance well-known brands across multiple industries.\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Accountant to join our EMEA Finance Team, supporting statutory compliance, tax, transfer pricing, internal control activities, other core accounting activities across the EMEA region.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement and compliance management.\nKey Responsibilities\nTax & Statutory Compliance\nPrepare Trial Balance and other documents and details, collaborating with the Accounting Team and in accordance with local regulations, required for the financial statements, corporate income tax returns, transfer pricing documentation preparation by the advisors and auditors.\nEnsure timely filing of local statutory reports and declarations.\nManage compliance with direct and indirect tax obligations, including but not limited to: VAT, Withholding taxes, Intrastat declarations, other fiscal declarations according to each local requirement.\nMonitor and ensure compliance with fiscal and statutory requirements in coordination with Group Finance and local consultants.\nOther Accounting Responsibilities\nBalance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close activities\nCollaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment with Group accounting standards.\nParticipate in process improvement initiatives and assist in automation and standardization efforts.\nSupport ad hoc financial and compliance projects as required.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, tax, or compliance, preferably in a multinational environment.\nStrong understanding of Technical Accounting and local tax legislation.\nExperience with corporate income tax, VAT, and statutory reporting according to IAS principles.\nKnowledge of internal control frameworks is an advantage.\nProficient in English (written and spoken).\nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.\nProficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft tools (Excell, etc.)\nWe offer permanent contract with a competitive salary package in the range of €50,000 - €60,000 gross annual salary, based on experience and seniority, along with a diverse range of benefits designed to support our employees' physical and emotional well-being.\nJoin us and be yourself.
