You will work closely with development and operations teams of our customers to build, deploy, and maintain critical systems, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the customers' infrastructure.\nResponsibilities: \nCollaboration and Communication: \nWork closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of projects. \nCollaborate on the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery pipelines. \nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.\nAutomation and Tooling: \nDesign, implement, and manage automation processes for software build, deployment, and configuration. \nEvaluate, select, and implement tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the development and deployment processes.\nInfrastructure Management: \n Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. \n Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, and others. \n Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process, including build, test, and deployment phases. \nMonitoring and Performance: \n Develop and implement monitoring solutions using CloudWatch and other AWS monitoring tools to ensure the health and performance of systems and applications. \n Proactively identify and address issues related to system performance, reliability, and scalability.\nSecurity and Compliance: \n Implement and maintain security best practices in infrastructure and application deployment including IAM, security groups, and VPC configurations. \n Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company security policies.\nTroubleshooting and Support: \n Provide support for development and operations teams, addressing issues related to build failures, deployment problems, and system outages. \n Participate in on-call rotation to respond to and resolve critical incidents.\nQualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. \nExperience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudWatch.\nProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. \nStrong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. \nExperience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. \nIn-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. \nHands-on experience with version control systems, preferably Git. \nSolid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts and tools. \nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.
