You will work closely with development and operations teams of our customers to build, deploy, and maintain critical systems, ensuring the reliability and scalability of the customers' infrastructure.\nResponsibilities: \nCollaboration and Communication: \nWork closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of projects. \nCollaborate on the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery pipelines. \nCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.\nAutomation and Tooling: \nDesign, implement, and manage automation processes for software build, deployment, and configuration. \nEvaluate, select, and implement tools and technologies to enhance the efficiency of the development and deployment processes.\nInfrastructure Management: \nManage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and security. \nImplement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, and others. \nEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the software delivery process, including build, test, and deployment phases. \nMonitoring and Performance: \nDevelop and implement monitoring solutions using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to ensure the health and performance of systems and applications. \nProactively identify and address issues related to system performance, reliability, and scalability.\nSecurity and Compliance: \nImplement and maintain security best practices in infrastructure and application deployment including Azure AD, Key Vault, and Network Security Groups. \nEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and company security policies.\nTroubleshooting and Support: \nProvide support for development and operations teams, addressing issues related to build failures, deployment problems, and system outages. \nParticipate in on-call rotation to respond to and resolve critical incidents.\nQualifications: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. \nExperience with Azure services including App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage, SQL Database, and Monitor.\nProven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role. \nStrong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby. \nExperience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. \nIn-depth knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. \nHands-on experience with version control systems, preferably Git. \nSolid understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts and tools. \nStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. \nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities. \nCertified (Current or Expired) in at least one of the following: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert\nAbout Particle41\n Our core values of Empowering, Leadership, Innovation, Teamwork, and Excellence drive everything we do to achieve the ultimate outcomes for our clients.
