Join our team and shape the future of the financial world with us!\n👋 About the Role\nWe are looking for a product engineer to own our user-facing applications end to end. We operate without dedicated designers or product managers. You will work directly with internal and external stakeholders as well as backend & AI engineers to turn high-level goals into shipped, well-measured features.\nThis is not a ticket-closing role. You spot user friction, propose a fix, build it, measure the outcome and iterate quickly.\nYou will also help shape how we build software with AI agents, translating requirements into working code and establishing the guardrails, automated tests and review habits that keep quality high when code is AI-assisted. You remain responsible for every line you ship, whether you or an agent wrote it.\nWhat you will do\nShip features end to end: Take concepts from conversation to production, covering UX design, frontend implementation, API integration and deployment.\n\nAct as a product builder: Spot friction points yourself, pitch improvements and make sure every feature solves a real user need.\n\nMake decisions with data: Implement analytics, track feature adoption and iterate on the numbers.\n\nWork directly with users: Talk to internal teams as well as external stakeholders, and turn unstructured feedback into clear technical plans.\n\nOwn AI-assisted delivery: Use and orchestrate coding agents daily. Write the specs and plans, choose the patterns and approach, and review generated code before you push it.\n\nReview your peers' work: Be one of the main reviewers of frontend pull requests, and keep a balance between delivering working functionality and keeping the review workload manageable.\n\nOwn the design system: Maintain and extend the shared component library and UI guidelines so the product stays consistent. An external design agency will help set the visual language.\n\nOwn quality and testing: Propose and set up the QA and testing strategy for your area, using automated E2E and component tests to ensure reliability, performance and security.\n\nHow we work\nThese are fixed parts of the job, and we ask candidates to read them as requirements.\nDelivery process: Work follows a defined delivery process. Inside it, you own the open decisions in your area, including solution design and implementation approach.\n\nDecision rights: Architecture, API contracts and design system direction are set centrally because they are shared across teams. You change them through a written proposal. Once a decision is made, everyone follows it. Backend engineers own the security and performance of services.\n\nTeam rhythm: A daily stand-up and a biweekly Friday demo. Attendance is expected.\n\nSpeed: We ship small and often and iterate on the interface quickly. Quality comes from tests and reviews, not from polishing before release.\n\nRequirements\nMust have\n5+ years of commercial software engineering, with evidence of owned product work: features you took from problem to production and measured. Experience in a fast-paced startup is a plus.\n\nStrong frontend expertise: Deep proficiency in TypeScript and a modern component framework (Vue 3 / Nuxt preferred).\n\nProduct and UX sense: A track record of designing clean, functional interfaces and delivering features without dedicated PMs or designers.\n\nData-driven mindset: Hands-on experience setting up and using analytics tools (PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar).\n\nDaily use of AI coding agents: Active experience with agentic tools (Claude Code, Copilot), a clear method for guiding them, and a clear method for checking what they produce.\n\nTesting and review habits: Experience with automated E2E and UI testing (Playwright, Cypress, Vitest), the ability to define a testing strategy, and the discipline to review code, yours and others', before it merges.\n\nClear communication: Fluent written and spoken English, comfortable presenting ideas to non-technical stakeholders and working through written proposals.\n\nStrong plus\nDomain background: Prior experience in fintech, Web3 / digital assets or data-driven products.\n\nDesign systems: Experience building or maintaining a component library.\n\nBackend / BFF capability: Experience building APIs and BFF layers, ideally with PHP / Laravel.\n\nCloud and DevOps: Practical experience with AWS environments, deployments and observability.\n\nAI tooling workflow: Experience creating agent skills or CI guardrails for AI-assisted development.\n\nOur stack\nTypeScript · Vue 3 · Nuxt · PHP · Laravel · AWS · AI-assisted development workflows\nBenefits\nOffsites with the team in exciting locations\n\nFlexible working hours in a company that relies on remote work\n\nExciting product in a very dynamic market environment as well as founding-level ownership of a key growth function.\n\nValues-based start-up culture\n\nMany opportunities to develop further and network with committed people\n\nFlat hierarchy\n\nWe're a hybrid company building our core development team in Europe around Central European Time.
