Hear it from the team: Why Partly exists and AI at Partly.\nThis role\nAs Partly's Account Manager, Appraiser you’ll work directly with customers and vehicle claims appraisers to map Partly’s value and solve real day to day problems to them into long-term programmes, Build off Partly’s Interpreter.\nYou will own the customer relationship end to end: setting up pilots, measuring what changes, and building the evidence that wins the workflow. You'd be early, close to the founders, and given real ownership from day one.\nIf you've worked auto claims or appraisals and want to change how repairs and parts get handled at scale, this role is built for you.\nWhat will you do\nRun pilots and programs end to end. Plan the rollout, train teams, get the pilot live on time and own a successful outcome.\n\nProve the value. Agree success measures with the customer, track them weekly, and report results in terms claims leaders care about: cycle time, accuracy and cost.\n\nOwn the relationship day to day. Be the trusted contact for users of the product.\n\nResolve issues to ground. Work directly with Product and Engineering on data, integration and workflow problems until they're fixed.\n\nConvert and expand. Build the case for moving from pilot to programme, and spot where the account can grow.\n\nBring the insurer's voice inside. Turn what you see in claims workflows into clear input for Product and our business development team.\n\nYour skills\nUS auto claims or appraisal experience, ideally as an independent or staff appraiser, adjuster or claims lead.\n\nKnow the claims workflow, from first notice of loss to repair or total loss, including estimating and parts decisions.\n\nProject ownership. You've run rollouts, pilots or programmes with clear outcomes and deadlines.\n\nComfortable with data. You track results yourself and can explain them to a senior audience.\n\nCredible with technical teams.
