Join our team of talented people!\nLearn more about Partner at www.partneresi.com.\nSummary:\nPartner is seeking full-time Project Manager to manage / complete all portions of Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the Environmental field.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nComplete and finalize specific project tasks according to deadlines and within budget\nComplete field work associated with Phase II investigations including sampling\nProject research (historical, analytical, etc.)\nCommunication with client and subject site representatives\nData compilation and organization\nReport authoring\nPreparation of quality supporting documents (site figures, appendices, etc.)\nProject management tasks including proposal preparation and budgeting, invoicing, subcontractor management including purchase orders\nOther tasks as assigned by the Project\nManager associated with report deliverable schedule and plan\nMaintain communication with team members throughout the course of the project\nPlan, schedule and track project timelines\nUnderstands the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process\nIdentify and resolve issues with projects\nDeliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or by email) to the client\nCoordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope\nComplete Phase I projects as needed\nQualifications\nBachelor Degree from an accredited university in biological/physical sciences or engineering discipline\n5+ years of relevant experience in environmental consulting\nProjects involve a degree of travel. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and provide own transportation to and from project sites\nMust have HAZWOPER 40 hour certification \nProfessional Geologist or Engineering license a plus\nSkills and Abilities\nMust be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English\nMust be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone\nVisual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen\nRequires frequent bending, reaching, standing, walking, sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nMust be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English\nMust be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone\nVisual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen\nRequires frequent bending, reaching, and standing, walking, sitting, pushing and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift\nCompensation:\nSalary range: $75,000 - $85,000\nThe pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
