Check out this role and join our team of talented professionals.\nLearn more about Partner at www.partneresi.com.\nSummary\nPartner is seeking full-time Building Science Project Engineers across the country to complete Property & Facility Condition Assessments and subsequent due diligence reports for our clients.\nResponsibilities and Duties\nConduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems, provide recommendations for immediate repairs, and use observations and industry standards to determine future building system replacements\nConduct appropriate site reconnaissance, data compilation and organization, and project research (historical, regulatory, etc.)\nTechnical report authoring and preparation of quality supporting documents (maps, appendices, etc.)\nPlan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones to ensure project progress status is on schedule and effectively communicate project progress and any issues as they arise to the Project Manager and client\nProvide solid recommendations and solutions to the Project Manager and client, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process\nCoordinate and respond to requests for changes in project scope\nQualifications\nA Bachelors or Graduate Degree in Architecture or related Engineering Field (Civil, Mechanical, etc.)\n5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating\n3+ years of experience performing property inspections\n2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions\nSkills and Abilities\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)\nProjects involve a degree of travel.
