Our Construction Support Specialists are placed on a Team to provide administrative and project support to a group of Relationship Managers, Directors, and Project Managers. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to the following:\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS:\nData entry into firm database\nCompile Draft or Final reports (checking for consistency with addresses, project numbers, dates etc.) and deliver based on client requirements/instructions.\nAct as the primary point of contact with administrative issues and communication between the project Team\nWork with our Partner Associates and provide them with the appropriate engagement letters, report templates, and documentation, as needed\nMaintain project files on the company server and FTP site.\nAbility to work OT (including weekends), if needed\nAbility to handle heavy communication via email and phone.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills a must\nPrevious construction office/financial experience is a plus\nExcellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal\nAbility to work independently and within a team environment\nProficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat\nExperience with construction accounting and construction documents is a plus\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent. Higher education is a plus.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in an office environment\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nMust be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English\nMust be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone\nVisual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen\nMust be able to perform fieldwork and have a valid driver's license.\nRequires frequent bending, reaching, and standing, walking, sitting, pushing, and pulling exerted regularly throughout the work shift.\nCOMPENSATION\nPositions pays an hourly rate of $19/hr. - $24/hr.
