This role serves as a key liaison between internal departments, external counsel, clients, vendors, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies. The Legal Contracts Manager reviews, drafts, negotiates, and manages a variety of contracts while supporting corporate legal matters, insurance administration, litigation management, and legal department operations.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nContract Management\nReview, draft, revise, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of contracts, including:\nClient consulting agreements\nIndependent contractor agreements\nVendor and third-party contracts\nConfidentiality and non-disclosure agreements\nService and professional consulting agreements\nEnsure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management standards.\nMaintain contract records and monitor key terms, obligations, renewals, and deadlines.\nSupport contract negotiations and coordinate revisions with internal stakeholders and external parties.\nLegal Operations & Case Management\nManage the delivery of legal documentation and services to internal and external clients, including assisting with litigation support, discovery requests and related matters.\nConduct legal research, pre-claim investigations, and preliminary case assessments for collections and other legal matters.\nCorporate & Regulatory Support\nSupport legal documentation and communications related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.\nGather, organize, and research information to support legal and compliance initiatives.\nInsurance & Risk Management\nAssist with insurance renewals and insurance-related documentation.\nCoordinate with insurance brokers, carriers, and internal departments on claims and risk management matters.\nAdministrative & Communication Responsibilities\nDraft professional correspondence, legal communications, reports, and forms.\nMaintain organized legal, contract, and case files.\nTrack calendars, deadlines, and critical legal obligations.\nKeep stakeholders informed regarding contract status, legal matters, and project progress.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in legal contract management, legal operations, contract administration, or a related legal field.\nExperience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.\nExperience managing outside counsel and coordinating legal matters preferred.\nExperience supporting insurance, litigation, collections, corporate governance, or mergers and acquisitions is a plus.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nMust be able to work in an ambiguous, complex, fast-paced environment\nStrong understanding of contract management principles and legal documentation.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.\nAbility to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nCompensation:\nSalary range is up to $80,000 with flexibility depending on experience. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.\nThe pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.
