Check out this role and join our team of talented professionals.\nLearn more about Partner at www.partneresi.com\nSUMMARY\nPartner is seeking a Full Time Construction Risk Management Project Manager to perform all Project Management responsibilities including planning, executing, reviewing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget.\nConstruction Risk Management is a comprehensive program of 3rd-party services designed to minimize the risk of construction lending. Construction Risk Management Services include:\nDocument and Cost Review\nContractor Evaluation\nCode Compliance Inspection\nConstruction Progress Monitoring\nPay Application Review (Funds Control)\nCost to Complete\nPre-Construction Document and Cost Analysis\nBudget Reviews\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & TASKS\nManage multiple projects concurrently\nOversee quality of Partner's deliverables throughout the project's life cycle.\nCoordinating the efforts of Partner team members, and at times Partner Associates (PAs) in order to deliver projects according to plan\nCultivate strong relationships with the Partner team members and the Client in order to successfully deliver a quality product on time\nConduct occasional inspections\nOccasionally write reports\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nOverall responsibility of all portions of the services/reports being provided, including text and appendices.\nCommunicate with client relationship managers (RM) and Professional Associates (PAs) regarding scope-of-work (SOW) and client expectations throughout the term of the project.\nEffectively communicate project expectations (i.e. Client-specific SOW, templates) to team members and assessors in a timely and clear fashion throughout the course of the project.\nProvide solid recommendations and solutions to RMs and clients, while understanding the assessment’s potential impact on the transaction process.\nIdentify and resolve issues with projects.\nDeliver appropriate progress reports (verbally or e-mail), recommendations to the RM and Client.\nManage client follow-up, questions, and concerns.\nCommunicate and coordinate follow-up questions with PAs during review process\nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate team members.\nCoordinate and respond to client requests for changes in project scope.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES\nExcellent communication skills (internal and external)\nAbility to work on projects concurrently\nProven ability to successfully deliver a quality product on time\nExceptional writing skills\nAbility to cultivate strong relationships within a team\nUnderstand design concepts, construction components and funding/payment processes as it relates to construction projects\nProficient in project estimating/proposals; report author; quality assurance (QA).\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor's Degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline.\n5+ years relevant experience in construction or construction-related field such as architecture, construction management, and/or engineering.\nMust be able to work in an ambiguous, complex, fast-paced environment.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nMust be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English\nMust be able to communicate clearly in person and over the telephone\nVisual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources andthe computer screen\nCompensation:\nSalary range: $85,000 to $110,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role\nThe pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
