Check out this role and join our team of talented professionals.\nLearn more about Partner at www.partneresi.com.\nSUMMARY\nPartner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Project Manager to support our Environmental Solutions Practice in the Greater Toronto Area.\nThis role is ideal for an environmental professional with strong Ontario remediation experience who can independently manage site investigation and remediation projects from planning through regulatory closure. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulators, subcontractors, and internal project teams while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable provincial regulations.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nManage environmental investigation and remediation projects to meet technical, regulatory, schedule, and budget objectives.\nLead remedial investigations, groundwater monitoring programs, excess soil management activities, and remedial implementation projects.\nPrepare and review technical reports, work plans, regulatory submissions, and closure documentation.\nCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, laboratories, drillers, remediation contractors, and field personnel.\nDevelop project budgets, schedules, and forecasts and monitor project financial performance.\nTrack project milestones and identify risks, scope changes, and corrective actions.\nServe as the primary client contact and provide regular project updates and recommendations.\nCoordinate and communicate with regulatory agencies, including the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP).\nSupport Record of Site Condition (RSC) and brownfield redevelopment projects.\nProvide field oversight for drilling, excavation, remediation, and contractor activities as needed.\nSupport proposal preparation, cost estimating, and business development initiatives.\nMentor junior staff and provide technical guidance and project direction.\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nStrong understanding of environmental site investigation and remediation practices.\nWorking knowledge of Ontario environmental regulations and brownfield redevelopment programs.\nExperience with soil, groundwater, and vapour remediation technologies and remedial design concepts.\nKnowledge of excess soil management requirements and implementation.\nAbility to develop practical, defensible remediation strategies and closure pathways.\nStrong technical writing and report review skills.\nDemonstrated project management, budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing experience.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with clients, regulators, contractors, and project teams.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nQualifications (Required)\n10-12 years of environmental consulting experience with a significant focus on site investigation and remediation.\nDemonstrated experience managing remediation projects in Ontario.\nExperience with Ontario Regulation 153/04 and the Record of Site Condition (RSC) process.\nExperience with groundwater investigations, remediation programs, and regulatory closure strategies.\nExperience managing subcontractors, field programs, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.\nBachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, environmental engineering, civil engineering, or a related discipline.\nValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Southern Ontario.\nMust be able to work in an ambiguous, complex, fast-paced environment.\nPreffered\nExperience with Excess Soil Regulation (O.
