We combine large-scale data engineering, machine learning, and analytics to uncover signals and insights that traditional measurement systems cannot see.\nWe’re looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Data Engineer to join our team and help build the data infrastructure powering our next generation of attribution and AI-driven products.\nYou’ll work closely with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps Engineers to design and build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure capable of processing large and complex datasets.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign, build, and own highly scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure.\nProcess and analyze large-scale datasets from multiple digital sources and environments.\nBuild reliable infrastructure and reusable components that enable Data Scientists and Product teams to develop and productionize data-driven capabilities.\nDesign data architectures optimized for scalability, reliability, performance, and cost.\nDevelop production-grade data processing systems handling high volumes of structured and unstructured data.\nWork closely with Data Scientists to turn analytical models and experiments into scalable production systems.\nShape and standardize our data engineering approach, architecture, tooling, and best practices.\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies where they can materially improve our data platform.\nMonitor, optimize, and continuously improve the performance and reliability of our data infrastructure.\nCollaborate across Product, Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps from early-stage problem definition through production deployment.\nWhat You’ll Need\nStrong hands-on experience in Data Engineering or large-scale backend/data-intensive systems.\nSolid software engineering fundamentals, including system architecture and design.\nProven experience designing and building scalable data pipelines in production.\nStrong experience working with cloud environments; AWS experience is required.\nExperience with modern data technologies such as Airflow, Spark, Flink, Redshift, Athena, Iceberg, Parquet, Glue, Firehose, and Kinesis, or comparable technologies.\nExperience working with large datasets and distributed data processing systems.\nStrong understanding of data modeling, data quality, performance optimization, and reliability.\nAbility to independently own complex technical problems from architecture through production.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nCuriosity and the ability to quickly learn and evaluate new technologies.\nNice to Have\nExperience building infrastructure supporting Machine Learning or Data Science workloads.\nExperience with digital advertising, attribution, marketing technology, or large-scale behavioral datasets.\nExperience working with web-scale or event-based data.\nExperience with AI/LLM-related data pipelines, search data, or large-scale signal processing.\nWhy Partnerize\nYou’ll join a team working on technically challenging problems at the intersection of large-scale data, AI, attribution, and the rapidly changing digital consumer journey.\nYou’ll have significant ownership over the architecture and infrastructure behind products used to understand how consumers discover, evaluate, and engage with brands across an increasingly complex digital ecosystem.\nThis is an opportunity to build foundational technology, influence architectural decisions, and work with a highly experienced team on problems that require processing data at significant scale.\nOur Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion\nWe are committed to attracting, developing, and advancing our outstanding team members, regardless of race, ethnic identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, gender identity, physical abilities, or any other dimension of diversity.
