If you're ready to grow your career and make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.\nJob Description\nAs a Sr Product Manager at Partnerize, you will lead a dedicated cross-functional pod responsible for a specific area of the VantagePoint platform. You will own the pod’s product strategy, roadmap, discovery and delivery-working closely with engineering, product design and business stakeholders to solve meaningful customer problems and deliver measurable outcomes.\nThis is an individual-contributor role with significant product ownership. You will lead through influence and shared direction rather than through direct people management.\nFocus of the Role\nLead the product direction and day-to-day execution of a dedicated VantagePoint pod.\nDevelop a deep understanding of the pod’s customers, users, market and business objectives.\nTranslate customer and business needs into a clear product strategy and prioritized roadmap.\nCreate alignment across engineering, design and commercial teams.\nDeliver product improvements that support customer satisfaction, adoption, retention and revenue growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy\nOwn the product strategy and roadmap for the VantagePoint capabilities within your pod.\nWork with product leadership and relevant department leaders to ensure the pod’s direction supports the wider company and product vision.\nIdentify customer problems, market opportunities and product improvements through research, data and stakeholder feedback.\nBuild clear business cases and define the expected customer and commercial outcomes of product initiatives.\nCommunicate priorities, decisions and trade-offs clearly across business functions and geographies.\nDiscovery and Execution\nLead the pod through the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and validation through delivery, launch and iteration.\nDefine the customer problems to solve and establish measurable goals for each initiative.\nPartner closely with engineering and product design to develop effective, usable and technically viable solutions.\nEnsure product requirements, user stories, designs, acceptance criteria and dependencies are ready for development.\nFacilitate prioritization and make informed trade-offs across customer value, business impact, technical effort and risk.\nConduct customer interviews, usability studies, market analysis and competitor research, independently and alongside product design.\nMonitor delivery progress, manage product risks and communicate changes to scope or expected delivery dates.\nContinuously improve the pod’s ways of working to support effective discovery, decision-making and delivery.\nAnalyze product performance and use insights to guide future improvements.\nPod Leadership\nProvide clear product direction and maintain alignment across the cross-functional pod.\nCreate a shared understanding of the pod’s goals, priorities and measures of success.\nLead through influence, strong communication and sound product judgment.\nBecome a subject-matter expert for the pod’s area of the VantagePoint platform.\nRepresent the pod and its product area with internal teams, customers and other external stakeholders.\nSupport teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Operations with product expertise and guidance.\nContribute knowledge and best practices to the wider Product Management team.\nGo-to-Market\nDevelop the go-to-market approach for new products and enhancements delivered by the pod.\nCoordinate cross-functional launch activities to support successful adoption by internal teams and customers.\nPartner with Product Marketing to develop clear positioning, release communications and supporting materials.\nEnsure Sales, Customer Success and other customer-facing teams understand new capabilities and are prepared to support customers.\nMonitor adoption and customer feedback following release, using the findings to inform further improvements.\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience in a Product Management role.\nExperience owning a product, product area or roadmap and working with a dedicated cross-functional team.\nA proven record of delivering high-quality products in close partnership with engineering and product design.\nStrong customer-discovery, analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience defining success measures and using qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide decisions.\nExcellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder-management skills.\nThe ability to lead through influence and build alignment without formal authority.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile product-development environment.\nThe ability to prioritize effectively and explain product decisions, roadmaps and trade-offs clearly.\nThe ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nOur Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion\nWe are committed to attracting, developing, and advancing our outstanding team members, regardless of race, ethnic identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, gender, gender identity, physical abilities, or any other dimension of diversity.
