The CRM Software Engineer will work closely with the Corporate CRM Architect, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders to build and maintain scalable CRM solutions that support multiple companies operating within a shared CRM framework.\nThe ideal candidate has experience working across multiple CRM platforms including Salesforce, Sage, Quickbooks, HubSpot, and Zoho CRM, with strong software development and systems integration expertise.\nKey Responsibilities\nCRM Development & Configuration\nConfigure and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, forms, fields, profiles, roles, and permissions. \nDevelop and maintain custom functionality within Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications. \nImplement business workflows, blueprints, automation, approval processes, and notifications. \nCreate custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics solutions. \nConfigure CRM environments based on established solution designs and implementation specifications. \nSoftware Development & Scripting\nDevelop custom solutions using: \nZoho Deluge \nJavaScript \nREST APIs \nWebhooks \nSDKs \nCustom Functions \nServerless integrations \nWrite, test, deploy, and support CRM scripts and automation. \nCreate reusable components and development standards for multiple company implementations. \nTroubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing CRM functionality. \nIntegrations\nDevelop and maintain integrations between Zoho CRM and external systems including: \nERP platforms \nFinancial applications \nSupport platforms \nMarketing automation systems \neCommerce solutions \nThird-party APIs \nBuild API connections and middleware solutions. \nSupport data synchronization and workflow automation across platforms. \nData Migration & Conversion Support\nAssist with data migration projects from: \nSalesforce \nNetSuite CRM \nMicrosoft Dynamics \nHubSpot \nLegacy CRM platforms \nPerform data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration support. \nDevelop import and validation scripts to improve migration efficiency and data quality. \nSystem Maintenance & Support\nTroubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical support. \nMonitor system performance and proactively address technical issues. \nParticipate in testing, deployment, and release management activities. \nMaintain development, test, and production environments. \nSupport CRM upgrades and new feature deployments. \nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. \n4+ years of experience in CRM development, software engineering, or business systems development. \nHands-on experience configuring, customizing, and developing within enterprise CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM. \nExperience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage Intacct, NetSuite CRM, or QuickBooks. \nStrong experience developing and supporting REST API integrations and third-party system integrations. \nProficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting and workflow automation. \nStrong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, JSON, and XML. \nExperience with CRM customization, workflow design, business process automation, and data migration. \nExperience implementing, enhancing, or migrating CRM solutions. \nKnowledge of integration architecture, data mapping, and system troubleshooting. \nExperience with Zoho One ecosystem, including Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Desk, preferred. \nFamiliarity with Salesforce administration or development is a plus. \nExperience using Git or other source control platforms. \nStrong problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. \nDetail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills. \nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations. \nStrong time
