Primary responsibilities will center on the implementation of client investment strategies (execution), assisting with portfolio reporting/invoicing, and providing exception support to the Investment Team. This is a meaningful entry point into the firm with strong performers have a clear path to grow into more senior operations or client-facing roles over time.\nThe candidate will be an integral member of the global Operations team and will report directly to a manager on the Client Operations Team. The role has a wide-ranging responsibility and involves working with the Operations and Investment teams across all offices.\nThe candidate should be hardworking and must be able to interact with colleagues and third parties, prioritizing and completing multiple tasks and meeting key investment and reporting deadlines. Additionally, over time this role may develop into a client facing position and thus a strong candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients.\nThe company has a ‘small business’ atmosphere and attitude. The successful applicant should be ready for wide-ranging responsibilities in multiple areas and will be expected to be flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to contribute to the firm’s continued success.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nSupport the Client Operations Managers and Investment Teams responsible for managing client relationships\nProvide support for senior members of the Client Service Team that engage directly with clients\nDraft client correspondence for review and send out (e.g. client requests, capital calls, statements)\nMonitor client cash and securities accounts by closely managing relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. custodians, trustees, other third-parties)\nEnsure client reconciliations are performed on a timely basis and escalate any issues to Client Manager\nEnsure client actions, transactions and requests are completed in a timely manner\nReview client performance reporting and ensure all data is accurate\nMaintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system and update documentation records, specifically around AML/KYC\nEnsure complete and accurate records on all client activity and client data in our internal CRM\nPrioritize and complete assigned tasks accurately and within deadlines\nKey responsibilities will be regularly assessed and are subject to change from time to time based on the needs of the business. This base salary range is specific to individuals applying to work in our Massachusetts office and takes into account a number of factors. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $65,000 - $80,000. The base salary offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.\nThe base salary is one element of our competitive compensation package.
