We believe in dignity, respect, compassion, and partnership, supporting people to live the lives they choose in their own homes and communities.\nAbout the role\nAs a Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional and practical support to adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them to live life their way.\n\nYou’ll support people to build confidence, develop independence, learn new skills, access their community by taking part in activities, and do the things that matter most to them. No two days are the same, so if you enjoy variety and want a rewarding role where you can make a real difference, this could be the perfect opportunity.\nYou will need to be able to use your own computer and tablet/phone to a comfortable level to use the online systems and apps which provide your rota, service details, and payslips.
