We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Associate - Maintenance.\nResponsibilities\nThe Warehouse Associate - Maintenance is responsible for taking care of the facility and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.\nClean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning etc.)\nGather and empty trash\nPerform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities\nCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects\nNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs\nStock and maintain supply rooms\nFollow all health and safety regulations\nMiscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned\nQualifications\nExperience as a cleaner\nKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies\nGood attendance and punctuality\nGreat communication skills\nGood time management skills/ability to multi-tasks\nAccurately follow directions, both written and verbal\nMaintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements\n Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100 lbs.\nFrequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach\nOccasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance\nMay be subject to environmental conditions.
