Join our Parts Authority Team today as a Warehouse Associate - Returns.\nResponsibilities\nThe Returns Associate is responsible for the intake of returns from drivers and opens all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company.\nWe only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.\nOpen all boxes to ensure that returned items are correct and that the returned items are items sold by the company\nSeparate returns into “core”, “defect” and “new”\nPut account number stickers on cores and defects\nRedistribute new merchandise to other stores\nEnter each returned item into the computer system\nHelp inside returns team create negative purchase orders\nWork with salesmen and managers if there are problems with customers returning items\nMiscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assigned\nQualifications\nMinimum Requirements:\nAccurately follow directions, both written and verbal\nMaintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements\nFocus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment\nAttention to detail\nGreat communication skills\nTime management skills\nAccurately follow directions, both written and verbal\nMaintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements\n Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100 lbs.\nFrequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach\nOccasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance\nMay be subject to environmental conditions.
