We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Stocking Supervisor.\n****Must be able to work Weekends!*****\nResponsibilities\nThe Warehouse Stocking Supervisor is responsibile for helping: plan, guide, and direct team members and team leads in an efficient and timely manner to meet the daily inventory replenishment demands, meet productivity expectations and work deadlines, handle administration duties, trouble shooting, problem-solving, training with all team members.\nKey Job Responsibilities:\nMaintain a high level of shipping productivity and efficiency\nDirects and oversees the Internet shipping process of picking, sorting, packing, and processing to meet customer deadlines\nMaintains a staffing level to accomplish the receiving mission in an effective and efficient manner.\nPlans and coordinates work, trains and motivates, monitors and evaluates performance of receiving associates\nEnsures the shipping associates are capable of safely operate material handling equipment to move materials \nDevelops crew leaders to effectively oversee the daily routines of their assigned crew members.\nMaintains an equipment structure and level to accomplish shipping mission in a safe, effective manner. \nMonitors the loading of all merchandise into the shipping department; ensures merchandise are staged for speedy shipping process, ensures shipping reports accurately report merchandise ready to ship. \nEnsure completeness and acceptable condition of shipments.\nAssist in resolving discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and stocking reports. \nMonitors the flow of paperwork from inventory controls to shipping for timely data entry.\nAssisting in the training of new associates\nMaintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication\nDirects and oversees the Internet process of picking, sorting, packing, and processing to meet customer deadlines\nAssist receiving and inventory supervisors to help navigate and prioritize incoming product. \nMonitor systems and emails frequently to ensure customer satisfaction\nKeep work areas clean and clear of safety hazards\nPerforms additional duties as assigned\nStaff Management:\nLead and supervise a team of stocking agents \nCounsels, records and discipline shipping associates as necessary.\nSupervise Operations:\nMaintain a meticulous standard for cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the shipping department.\nMaintain a safe working environment.
