This role maintains reliable, secure technology across warehouse operations, office end-user devices, infrastructure, and fulfillment automation systems.\nA Typical Day\nFulfillment Center Technology\nDeploy, troubleshoot, and maintain Zebra printers, handheld scanners, and mobile devices.\nSupport Lenovo laptops, workstations, and peripherals throughout their lifecycle.\nProvide IT support for Box Logix, Auto Store, Körber One, and Exacta, working with operations, engineering, and vendors.\nCoordinate maintenance and changes to minimize disruption to fulfillment operations.\nInfrastructure and Systems Administration\nAdminister DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory, including accounts, permissions, and Group Policy.\nUse Wireshark to analyze network traffic and support root cause analysis.\nSupport Microsoft Azure and Exchange administration within assigned access.\nProvide data center support, including servers, network equipment, cabling, and asset tracking.\nAssist with backup verification, recovery procedures, and business continuity.\nEndpoint and Mobile Device Management\nManage device enrollment, deployment, patching, and compliance through Microsoft Intune, Tanium, SOTI MDM, and Jamf.\nSupport Windows, Android, and Apple devices.\nMaintain standard configurations and deployment procedures.\nMonitoring, Security, and Service Delivery\nUse Dynatrace to investigate performance issues and service disruptions.\nSupport CrowdStrike Endpoint Agent Health and coordinate security remediation.\nManage incidents, requests, changes, and problems in Jira with accurate documentation.\nLead troubleshooting for complex or recurring issues and document root causes.\nMaintain technical documentation, asset records, and escalation contacts.\nMentor support staff and coordinate with vendors, corporate IT, and site leadership.\nTo Land This Opportunity\nYou’ve built a strong foundation, whether through a bachelor’s degree in information technology, at least five years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations, or both.\nYou’ve kept technology humming where the action is, in a fulfillment center, distribution center, warehouse, manufacturing facility, or similar operational environment.\nYou’re the go-to troubleshooter when Zebra printers and scanners, Lenovo laptops, or Windows operating systems act up.\nYou know your way around DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking, and you can untangle enterprise connectivity issues.\nYou’ve put Wireshark to work, capturing packets and analyzing network traffic to find what’s really going on.\nYou’ve administered endpoint or mobile device management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Tanium, SOTI MDM, or Jamf.\nYou’re familiar with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Exchange administration, endpoint security, monitoring tools, and general data center operations.\nYou can size up incidents by their operational impact, talk clearly with technical and nontechnical teams alike, and handle escalations on your own.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDirect experience with Box Logix conveyor systems, Auto Store, Körber One, and Exacta.\nExperience using Dynatrace, CrowdStrike, and Jira.\nPowerShell scripting or other automation experience.\nRelevant Microsoft, networking, security, or IT service management certifications.\nExperience coordinating technology deployments, site expansions, or operational improvement projects.\nAbout Your Future Team\nOur IT team’s favorite pastimes include corny jokes, bowling, and good pizza.
