May also provide inputs to board metrics and other compulsory reporting. Responsibilities may include:\nWorking with teams across Cyber and IT to define and gather data for meaningful cybersecurity metrics\n\nMapping cybersecurity metrics to adopted risk frameworks\n\nDesigning operational dashboards for Cyber teams that will assistin prioritization of work according to risk and urgency\n\nDesigning executive-level dashboards that will assistin making risk-based investment decisions\n\nEnsuring data and visualizations are accurate, timelyand meaningful to the overall cyber program\n\nAutomating data collection, validation, and preparation where possible\n\nAutomating dashboard updates where possible-and where not, creating and following a schedule to manually update them\n\nWorking with internal teams to summarize data in executive reports\n\nMaintaining reporting schedule to ensure timelydelivery of reports to high profile stakeholders\n\nCreating documentation to support maintenance and upkeep of dashboards\n\nCreating a templated intake and interview process to ensure successful dashboard collaboration with stakeholders\n\nWhat You Bring:\nData analysis skills including data validation, data preparation, and data cleansing\n\nAbility to manage time effectively to meet critical deadlines\n\nStrong understanding of cyber security concepts, domains, and risk in those domains\n\nStrong writing and verbal skills\n\nExperience working in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI etc.\n\nBasic knowledge of information theory\n\nExperience with creating and automating Power BI dashboards\n\nAbility to communicate effectively at all levels from technical staff to company leadership\n\nExperience presenting technical information in visualizations to a non-technical audience\n\nAbility to work across groups and to influence change\n\nStakeholder management experience including the ability to interview stakeholders, determinewhat metrics are meaningful to the audience and incorporating feedback\n\nFluency in Data Management life cycle (collection, cleaning, storage, analysis, reporting)\n\nProgressive cyber security education\n\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO or COBIT\n\nNice to have: CISSP or similar certification\n\nExperience with Power BI, Python Scripting, Workiva, Power Query, SQL Database, VBA, Azure/AWS/GCP\n\nLocation: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid: In-office 4 days a week)\nWe’realways looking for great talent!
