Success in this role means delivering actionable insights that improve customer retention and loyalty program performance.\nAnalyze customer and financial data to uncover trends and opportunities.\n\nDeliver performance analytics and insights for strategic initiatives, including loyalty programs.\n\nCreate compelling reports and visualizations that influence decision-making across the organization.\n\nApply statistical techniques (e.g., hypothesis testing, clustering, segmentation) to enhance insights.\n\nPartner with data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.\n\nSupport cross-functional teams with analytics expertise and storytelling.\n\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics).\n\n1+ years of experience in data analytics.\n\nStrong experience with SQL\n\nExperience with Microsoft Excel.\n\nPython and SAS are an asset (certification is a plus).\n\nExpertise data visualization and experience with BI tools (Power BI).\n\nExperience with big data technologies (Hadoop) and familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)\n\nAbility to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.\n\nKnowledge of statistical modeling and customer analytics techniques.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all analyses.\n\nProactive ownership of projects and ability to see tasks through to completion.\n\nPassion for data, technology, and continuous improvement.\n\nComfort with emerging technologies and enthusiasm for AI-driven solutions.\n\nRetail or banking industry experience is an asset.\n\nLocation: Oakville, Ontario (Hybrid: In-office 4 days a week)\nWe’re always looking for great talent!
